The Regal Cinema show time programme
A programme or small leaflet advertising The Regal Cinema prices and times of showing from May 1953. The Regal Cinema was situated on New Street, in the old Assembly Hall building. At the time it would have been one of only a few properties with a telephone number, which at the time was 107. Films showing include 'Ivanhoe' and 'If you knew Susie'. The Rex cinema is also advertised on the reverse and handwritten above are two chosen film names that someone wanted to watch.
